This is one sports book that should be in everyone's top 10 list...

They can be trusted with perhaps 7 digits and I know Spiros will pay...

However, where they are lacking some is in their customer service dept. and in their wiring dept; as it recently took 40 days for a wire to get to their bank from me and a friend and we were left to do all the work to make sure the banks finally hooked up...

Yes, ladies & gentlemen this is an idiotic post made by Spive himself. But wait he says "since Olympic has NEVER offered anyone I know ANY BONUS...including YOU"

So we should really pay attention to his sharp opinions since he gets his facts straight everytime

Agreed - in the top 5 but no where near the best. Customer service is still is huge issue with the Greek.

If I remember correctly they charge for all withdrawals - no freebies. 20 cent baseball lines, so no use playing there during summer.

But this is one very well run, solid book. You win, you WILL get paid.

I liked them more last year.... WALLY A+ CS guy he will take care of you but to call into the clerks the few times I did they did not seem happy to me....I am going to give oly a break for a bit....but id rate them a 9 other then for those two factors

Basically I see two issues concerning Olympic...and suggest the following improvements...

1). One MAX Neteller withdrawal without fees per month. (Don't believe this to be unreasonable and inline with the today's service standards)

2). Competitive Pricing Structure. 20-cent lines are gouging by today's standards, while tremendously restricting volume. If other's in the Industry can offer 8 to 10 cent lines why can't/won't Olympic?

I feel if these two issues are addressed by Olympic, they WILL see a giant leap in volume with possibly a greater handle.

So, Olympic why don't you at least try these suggestions...they may just be the best moves you ever made.

Again, just my suggestions.

What stuck out to me in this post was the mention of Interwetten, they have been around forever(euro book) and excellent although the foucs is not on american sports as much

I m suprised to see that some people are not satisfied by their costumer service,I ve called them via e-mail several times and have nothing to complaint about.Fast,and never rude or bored.

I also dislike the fact that they dont offer free payouts,whatsmore,its hard to find a good line there,they are pretty sharp.

A 5 at best. And I think I am being nice. No longer the top three book they once were. The success got to their head.

I will never play there again personally.

And that BS about Wally being an A+ customer service guy is crap, plain and simple. Their CS is a joke, Wally is a joke, and Spiro has his head up his own ass so far, he can no longer see the customer.

Horrible price gouging, props have gone downhill, and finally the customer service stinks. They got too big too fast and it shows.
